Account recovery steps

If you have an account with us and forgot your password, or not sure if a password was ever set, you can gain access to your account by following these steps:

1. Go to the portal. You should see a login page.
2. Click on the Forgot Password link.

3. Enter your email address and click on Send reset password instructions.

4. You should see a confirmation message that an email was sent to your email address.

5. You should receive an email from noreply@bobblesdigital.com with instructions on how to reset your password. Click on the link in the email.

Note: If you do not see the email in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

6. The link will automatically log you in and take you to the password reset page. Enter your new password and click on Update.

7. You should see a confirmation message that your password was changed.

8. You now have access to your account. Next time you login, use your email address and new password.
