I have an account but I cannot login to the portal. What do I do?

I was invited to the portal but the link sent to me does not work. What do I do?
If the invitation email was sent a while ago, it is possible that the invitation has expired. Please follow this guide using the email where you received your invitation to gain access to the portal.

I received an invitation to join the portal, but I have not received a password. What is my password?
If you have received an invitation to join the portal, you will need to set a password for your account.
Please follow the instructions in the invitation email to set your password. If the link is not working, it is possible that the invitation has expired. Please follow this guide using the email where you received your invitation to gain access to the portal.
I have forgotten my password. How do I reset it?

Requesting tasks
The system does not allow me to request a task. What do I do?
If you are unable to request a task, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
- The task is not included in your subscription plan. Please contact us to upgrade your subscription plan.
- You do not have sufficient credits (Applicable only on credit-based plans). Please contact us to purchase additional credits or upgrade your subscription plan.
If you believe that you cannot request a task due to a technical issue, please contact us for further assistance.
I have requested a task but I do not know where to find it. Where do I find my new task?
If you have requested a task, you can find it in the My Tasks tab of the portal. If a task has been recently requested, it will likely be under the Pending column.
Subscriptions
I signed up for an account in the portal, but I have no subscription plan and cannot request tasks. How can I upgrade my account?
